Uses & Applications |
- Removal of paint type: ED Coating, wet paint, powder coat, epoxy, Polycarbonate, Arcylic, Polyurethane, Solvent & water based paint, 1K & 2K coating systems
- Removal of ink type: Lithographic, flexographic, gravure, screen and commercial printing process
- Used to remove adhesives, asphalt/tar & other coatings
- Recommended for uses stainless steel, mild steel & cast iron material
- Not compatible on aluminium, zinc, lead & its alloy
- Test before use on plastic material

How to use |
- Designed for se in automated/ immersion tank, "spray and ultrasonic cleaning equipment
- Continuous agitation is recommended
- Not recommended for hand wipe cleaning applications
- Pre-degreasing with Nexchemie AeroKleen 1000LF if the part contaminated with heavy oil or grease
- Immerse recovered parts/jigs by using Nexchemie PR90 EXP

Recommended operating temperature: 60C ~ 90C
- Pressure water rinsing after the parts completely strip
Recommended dosing ratio:
- PR90 EXP Additive A : 400ml (40% v/v)
- PR90 EXP Additive B : 150ml (15% v/v)
- Water : 450ml (45% v/v)
