Description
|
- Extremely effective carbon remover, remove resistant coatings, such as polyurethanes, acrylics epoxy and chromate primer without using phenols, chromate, chlorinated solvents or acids
- Conforms to RoHS & REACH which do not have chemical substances of very high concern (SVHC)
- Non-Chlorinated & Non-HAP (Hazardous Air Pollutant)
- NSF Certified - Category C3 (NSF Reg No : 157188)
- OECD 301 Certified
- Non corrosive to most metals
- Readily biodegradable
|
Features & Benefits
|
- Easily rinsed from parts with steam or high pressure water
- Ideal for use on multi-layers of paints
- Low evaporation rate and additive Nexchemie CAP-1 helps to prevent more chemical losses through the air even better
- Costs saving - Long bath life/bulk quantity depainting
- Can be cleaned and reused
- Non flammable
|
Uses & Applications |
- Removal of resistant coatings, polyurethane, acrylics, epoxy and chromate primers, anodized aluminium, titanium, magnesium, cadminum, conversion coatings and most ferrous alloy.
- For use in immersion tanks for cleaning metals parts and for stripping resistant paint films from metal surfaces
|
How to use |
- Can be used with hot immersion systems or cold immersion stripping applications with a longer dwell time
- Recommended operating temperature : 50c ~ 90c
Step 1 : Before immersion into Nexchemie AK-NC
- Clean any excessive grime/grease from the surface by using Nechemie Aerokleen 1000LF, and let it dry completely
Step 2: Immersion into Nexchemie AK-NC
-
Completely immerse the parts into Nexchemie AK-NC. Immersion time may vary with different types of paint coats & thickness
- If required, add in seal layer Nexchemie CAP-1 which retards evaporation & helps minimize drag out losses
Step 3 : Rinsing
-
Remove parts from the tank and rinse with high pressure water (preferably hot or warm) or steam
